Seneca Federal Health is seeking a Network Administrator to support our work at NHC Charleston in South Carolina.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinate among Ports, Protocol and Service Management (PPSM), Firewall, Virtual Private Network (VPN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) teams to provide end-to-end connectivity support for troubleshooting, implementation or migration activities pertaining to Datacenter to Desktop configuration. Provide daily report on activity changes. Escalate issues for awareness and/or assistance when issues are not resolved within 24 hours. Support the clean-up and close-out process. Develop a close-out report within 30 days that captures the network configuration for the D2D components installed. Update ticket trackers and post to DHA SharePoint folder within Med-COI library.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
COMPTIA Security+ and CCNA certifications or equivalent
Minimum one year experience as a Network Administrator
Background Investigation Tier 5 (SSBI) / IAT Level 2 ADP/IT II.
