About the role
- Operates and maintains campus/site LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi; ensures availability, performance, and security.
What you'll do
- Configure/maintain switches/routers/firewalls (Aruba/Cisco/Fortinet).
- Monitor with SolarWinds/Orion; manage VLANs, QoS, NAC.
- Support VPN/remote access; troubleshoot performance.
- Maintain diagrams/runbooks; follow CAB/change control.
- Support VTC connectivity and surge events.
Qualifications
- 3–5 yrs network admin; CCNA or equivalent preferred.
- Routing/switching, Wi‑Fi, NAC (e.g., ClearPass).
- ServiceNow/change mgmt familiarity.
- Former law enforcement supervision & veterans — highly preferred.
- U.S. citizenship & ability to obtain a Federal Law Enforcement background check.
