We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Administrator to support and maintain the company’s network infrastructure across North America. This role involves planning, designing, and implementing network architecture, managing data center facilities, and ensuring secure and efficient network operations. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Network Administrator to support and maintain the company’s network infrastructure across North America. This role involves planning, designing, and implementing network architecture, managing data center facilities, and ensuring secure and efficient network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement the overall company network architecture.
- Manage and maintain data center facilities to support business operations.
- Optimize network design based on evolving business requirements.
- Design and evaluate network architecture for deploying application systems in manufacturing environments.
- Lead OA network projects, backbone network development, maintenance, and renovation planning.
- Assess and implement cybersecurity measures; manage ongoing maintenance of security systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex network and security issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related needs and challenges.
- Oversee network construction and maintenance across the North America region.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in network technology or related roles.
- Strong understanding of network architecture design (WAN and LAN), with practical experience in large-scale network implementation—preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Solid architectural design skills and the ability to integrate multi-level requirements into effective solutions.
- Familiarity with networking devices and technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, LAN, STP, switching, and network security.
- Excellent learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Effective cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE are highly preferred.
