Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and support the implementation, customization, and optimization of NetSuite ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical proficiency and functional understanding to address complex business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation and Customization:
  

  • Lead NetSuite ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
    
  • Customize NetSuite modules to align with business processes, utilizing SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.
    

• Business Process Analysis:
  

  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs.
    
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements using NetSuite best practices.
    

• Integration and Data Management:
  

  • Integrate NetSuite with other business applications and third-party systems using SuiteTalk, RESTlets, and other integration tools.
    
  • Manage data migration, ensuring data integrity and seamless system transitions.
    

• Reporting and Analytics:
  

  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and saved searches to provide actionable business intelligence.
    
  • Utilize SuiteAnalytics to analyze data and provide insights to various teams and departments.
    

• Training and Support:
  

  • Provide training and documentation on NetSuite features, processes, and best practices.
    
  • Offer ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system documentation.
    

• Expertise in Search: Strong knowledge of creating, optimizing, and managing saved searches in NetSuite.
  
• Workflow Understanding: Proficient in designing and automating workflows to streamline processes and improve business operations.
  
• SuiteScript Knowledge: While not mandatory, familiarity with SuiteScript or basic scripting skills would be a plus.
  

Qualifications:

• Education:
  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
    

• Experience:
  

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in NetSuite ERP implementation and support.
    
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteTalk.
    
  • Strong understanding of finance, procurement, inventory management, and CRM processes.
