Responsibilities include product demonstrations, RFP responses, discovery sessions, requirements workshops, process mapping, gap analysis, solution design, module configuration, testing, functional specifications, UAT support, issue resolution, training, and stakeholder management. The role also contributes to project delivery, reusable industry assets, and internal knowledge development.

Lead business analysis and Zoho implementation projects from requirements gathering through delivery. Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications, workflows, and user stories; manage scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and cross-functional teams. Configure Zoho applications, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
