Knowledge Centre India (KCI)

Knowledge Center India (KCI) is the central engine that drives the operational value for the firm. Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements.

Who We Are!

We are part of Digital-IT team established 17 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Digital IT has six key pillars – Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe.

This role will require hands-on NetSuite development, providing software development and technical support, and playing a contributing role in addressing both current and projected application needs.

• Customization and testing of NetSuite ERP modules and workflows (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Lead to Cash, Treasury management).
• Work with stakeholders to compile technical specifications based on business requirements and create solutions for complex business processes.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend key NetSuite configurations and customizations to support and improve ERP business system needs.
• Create and support complex business processes using NetSuite's SuiteFlow, SuiteScript and SuiteQL.
• Troubleshoot application and script issues and manage these to resolution.
• This role provides hands-on support for best utilization and integration of NetSuite ERP application to maximize the diverse operational needs of the Finance function.
• This role provides a global NetSuite rollout opportunity across 30+ countries to an individual.

1. 8-11 years’ experience working with a range of SuiteCloud technologies.
2. Relevant experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying secure, scalable, reliable performance solutions to customize, extend, and/or interact with NetSuite Scripts, Script Foundation and Suite Cloud.
3. Experience in SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteCloud Development Framework
4. Experience implementing NetSuite integration with 3rd Party SaaS applications such as DocuWare, Kyriba, Rydoo and Workday will be eligible for brownie points
5. Data management preferred (SQL, XML, JSON, Hibernate)
6. Web services preferred (REST, SOAP)
7. Solid understanding of best deployment and development practices. Experience with various software development lifecycle methodologies including SCRUM, Agile and Waterfall.
8. Strong technical background, and hands-on experience customizing NetSuite and integrating it with other business/in-house systems.
9. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design.
10. Self-starter, positive attitude, and ability to problem-solve under minimal supervision.
11. Intelligent, motivated, and competitive with a “roll-up-the-sleeves” and “get the job done” attitude.
12. Strong communication, organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detail, time & task management skills.
13. Must understand complex business models.
14. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks within an open and interactive environment.

17. Experience in working with L2C module is optional.
