Responsibilities

We are looking for a Technical Consultant who is excited to build, learn, and solve real business problems. This is a hands-on role working on NetSuite ERP customizations, and integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with both technical and functional team members while developing solutions that extend system capabilities and improve how our clients operate. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation and a “builder” mindset.

 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Work closely with project teams and clients to support ERP implementations and enhancements
  • Build and maintain scripts, customizations, and integrations within ERP systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues and debug scripts, integrations, and workflows
  • Support testing efforts (unit testing, UAT, issue resolution)
  • Document technical solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Contribute to team collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement

  • Exposure to accounting, finance, or business process concepts

Minimum Qualifications

 

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3 years of experience in related field

  • Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses 

  • Must be able to work in a team environment

  • Competence in presentation to effectively communicate information to diverse audience using visual aids, verbal delivery and engaging presentation techniques.

  • Proficient use of applicable technology

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

  • Must be able to travel based on client and business need
