This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in LATAM.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP, ideally in a consultant or advisory role.
- Strong understanding of financial processes within NetSuite (e.g., revenue recognition, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).
- Experience with NetSuite integrations and familiarity with SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, or other NetSuite APIs.
- Proven ability to explain NetSuite functionality to non-technical users and executives.
- Hands-on experience with customizations: saved searches, workflows, dashboards, forms, etc.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Main activities
- Serve as a trusted NetSuite expert, capable of addressing questions such as:
- “How is this financial process handled in NetSuite?”
- “Which APIs or NetSuite products can we use to integrate with this external tool?”
- Analyze business requirements and advise stakeholders on best practices and scalable solutions within NetSuite.
- Configure and optimize modules such as Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
- Design and implement custom workflows, saved searches, forms, and dashboards.
- Provide support and training to end-users across departments (finance, operations, sales).
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with external consultants or vendors on integrations and system enhancements.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
Education
- Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
