Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Netsuite QA / Test Analyst to join our ever evolving team and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios based on user stories, business requirements, and system solutions.

  • Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot bugs, ensuring timely resolution and conducting regression testing.

  • Support and maintain quality across two NetSuite environments, including post-release and post-implementation validation.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to validate requirements, enhancements, and system functionality.

  • Create detailed QA and UAT documentation while monitoring testing progress and continuously improving test processes.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP/CRM and strong knowledge of workflows, saved searches, reports, dashboards, and permissions.

  • Proven experience as a QA tester with strong understanding of QA methodologies and test scenario development.

  • Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and document defects with strong attention to detail.

  • Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and across teams.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

  • NetSuite certifications or experience with SuiteBilling and/or WMS.

  • Experience working in an Agile software development organization.

Skills Required
