Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure NetSuite WMS solutions to meet the specific needs of eCommerce clients.
- Provide expert advice and functional guidance on NetSuite WMS capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, define project scope, and develop functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing, training, and support for end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite WMS functionalities and integrations.
- Continuously improve and optimize warehouse management processes through NetSuite enhancements and customizations.
- Participate in project planning, management, and reporting activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, specializing in Warehouse Management Systems.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing NetSuite WMS solutions for eCommerce companies.
- Strong experience working with NetSuite Professional Services.
- In-depth understanding of warehouse management processes, inventory control, and eCommerce operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- NetSuite certifications and relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
