Emerald is seeking on behalf of an American company, a NetSuite Consultant to join their team.
Location: Remote (preference for candidates experienced in supporting distributed teams across time zones). We would like this candidate to be available at Eastern Standard Time, aligning with Central Time office hours.

We are seeking a NetSuite Consultant to support and optimize our business processes within NetSuite. This role will focus on configuration, customization, reporting, and end-user support, ensuring that Finance, Operations, Sales, and cross-functional teams can work efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate has hands-on NetSuite administration experience, strong skills in workflows and reporting, and the ability to provide clear documentation and training for end-users.Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain core NetSuite modules (Finance, Operations, CRM, Inventory).
- Create and optimize workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Assist with user role assignments, permissions, and license administration.
- Support integrations with third-party platforms (basic API/middleware familiarity preferred).
- Document processes and best practices for internal teams.
- Contribute to system testing, audits, and security compliance requirements.
- 2–4 years of experience in NetSuite administration or consulting.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite workflows, SuiteFlow, and reporting.
- Experience with customizations, saved searches, and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience supporting business users across Finance, Sales, and Operations.
- Good communication skills in English (B2+ C1), with ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability to work on Eastern Standard Time hours, aligned with Central Time.
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or ERP Consultant).
- Experience with HubSpot data model and maintaining data quality.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Exposure to system integrations using APIs or middleware tools.
