The NetSuite Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) is a techno-functional role focused on the configuration, development, support, and optimization of Flexera’s NetSuite Order-to-Cash processes. This position serves as a key resource for designing and implementing system solutions across NetSuite, with responsibility for workflows, integrations, reporting, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform improvements.
The ideal candidate has a strong technical understanding of NetSuite and knows how to translate business needs into effective system configurations and enhancements. This is not an accounting role. It is a business systems position for someone who can work hands-on in NetSuite to improve automation, scalability, data quality, and operational effectiveness across the O2C cycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
NetSuite O2C & Optimization
- Configure, enhance, and support NetSuite functionality across the Order-to-Cash process, including customer setup, order management, billing, collections, and revenue-related workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain NetSuite configurations such as custom fields, forms, records, roles, permissions, workflows, and page layouts aligned to business requirements and internal controls.
- Develop and support automation using SuiteFlow and, where applicable, SuiteScript to improve process efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Optimize NetSuite modules and capabilities relevant to O2C, including SuiteBilling, Dunning, and Advanced Revenue Management.
- Identify system gaps, process bottlenecks, control weaknesses, and data quality issues, and implement scalable improvements.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities
Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and System Maintenance
- Serve as a technical resource for diagnosing and resolving NetSuite issues related to O2C workflows, configurations, scripts, integrations, and transactional data.
- Perform root-cause analysis on system issues and recommend durable corrective actions.
- Help maintain overall system health through periodic reviews, testing, cleanup, and performance monitoring.
- Perform system administration activities including user roles / permissions, configuration and ongoing platform maintenance
Reporting, Analytics & Integrations
- Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports, , and other analytics to support operational visibility and business decision-making.
- Support and monitor integrations between NetSuite and upstream/downstream business systems, including Salesforce and other connected platforms, using Boomi.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor exception handling, and help ensure reliable and accurate data flow across systems.
- Document integration specifications, field mappings, technical dependencies and support procedures
Stakeholder Collaboration & Projects
- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications.
- Lead UAT, change management, and training for system enhancements and new rollouts.
- Act as a key resource during internal and external audits related to O2C controls.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-5 years of hands-on NetSuite administration or business systems analyst experience.
- Demonstrated expertise with NetSuite O2C modules: Advanced Revenue, Billing, Suitebilling, and Dunning
- Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, suite analytics and reporting.
- Experience managing or contributing to system integrations (Celigo, or Boomi preferred).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a process-improvement mindset.
- Strong communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- NetSuite Administrator or SuiteFoundation certification.
- Experience with Boomi and/or Celigo
- SuiteScript 1.0/2.x development experience.
- Prior experience in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
- Experience supporting NetSuite OneWorld multi-subsidiary environments.
