Job Title: Business Analyst (NetSuite) – 6+ Month Contract
Location: Remote (Offshore Preferred)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in NetSuite and reporting to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, generating reporting solutions, and extracting data from data warehouses to support decision-making. This is a remote opportunity, and offshore candidates are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Build and optimize reports and dashboards using SuiteAnalytics and other NetSuite reporting tools.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and data needs.
- Pull and manipulate data from various sources.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Assist in the ongoing optimization and automation of reporting processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and data insights.
- Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite and (Workbooks, Saved Searches, Reporting, etc.).
- Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working remotely with global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in an offshore capacity.
- Familiarity with additional reporting tools or ERP systems is a plus.
- Experience in finance, accounting, or operations domains is a bonus.
