NetSuite Developer
As a NetSuite Developer at Sangoma, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our NetSuite environment to ensure efficient business operations. You will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting the NetSuite ERP system, and you will collaborate with various teams to provide support and enhancements. Your expertise in NetSuite will help drive process improvements and maintain data integrity across the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations through effective system administration.
Your Role:
- Administer and manage the NetSuite ERP system, including configuration, customization, and maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Support end-users with training, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to NetSuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that align with business needs.
- Manage user setups, roles, access controls, and permissions within the NetSuite platform.
- Oversee data integrity by implementing best practices for data management and conducting regular audits.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Assist in the integration of NetSuite with other internal and external systems.
- Stay updated with the latest releases, features, and enhancements of NetSuite to leverage new capabilities.
- Engage in ongoing system upgrades and patches to ensure the system is secure and functioning optimally.
Requirements
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in NetSuite administration, including system configuration and support.
- Proficient in NetSuite ERP module functionalities, including finance, inventory, sales, and CRM aspects.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data management principles, including data cleansing, importing, and reporting within NetSuite.
- Familiarity with integrating NetSuite with other platforms and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifions:
- NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven organization.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
