We never outsource our work because we believe in accountability, quality, and building lasting relationships—with our clients and as a team.
If you're passionate about technology, take pride in solving real problems, and want to be part of a company that values both technical excellence and the people behind it, ComputerCare is where you belong.
Come join us in our mission of being the Human Side of Hardware!
We’re looking for a hands-on NetSuite Administrator who loves making systems work smarter. In this role, you’ll own the day-to-day performance of NetSuite—optimizing workflows, supporting teams across Accounting, Operations, and Sales, and turning business needs into powerful system solutions. You’ll be the go-to NetSuite expert, driving improvements, enhancing reporting, and keeping everything running smoothly as the business grows.
This role is part-time with approximately 24-32 hours per week.
If you’re excited to make a real impact and take ownership of a critical platform, apply now and help shape how our teams work every day.
What You'll Do:
- Design, implement, and maintain NetSuite customizations, including reports, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records.
- Participate in system enhancements, including requirements gathering, development, testing, data validation, documentation, user support, training, and ongoing maintenance.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for NetSuite and provide front-line user support and training.
- Manage user setup, roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
- Configure and maintain NetSuite objects such as custom fields, forms, records, workflows, dashboards, and scripts.
- Develop, test, and deploy SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Build and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business operations and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues, maintain data accuracy, and support daily operations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, advise on best practices, and document system configurations and processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and change management policies.
- Support troubleshooting and implementations outside of standard business hours when needed.
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on NetSuite admin experience (fractional or contract work is a plus).
- A solid understanding of how ERP systems support real business operations.
- Strong skills in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and NetSuite reporting/analytics.
- A problem-solver mindset with clear communication and a collaborative approach.
- Experience automating processes, improving workflows, and working with system integrations.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (required).
- Bonus points for ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, SuiteAnalytics, or SuiteFlow/SuiteScript certifications.
If you get to this point, we hope you're feeling excited about the job you just read. Even if you don't feel that you meet every single requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We're eager to meet people that believe in ComputerCare’s mission, core values and can contribute to our team in a variety of ways – not just candidates who check all the boxes.
