Position:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented NetSuite Administrator to manage and optimize our NetSuite ERP system. As a NetSuite Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the company's operations, particularly in finance, inventory, supply chain, and order management, ensuring that all system users are trained and supported. This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our sports apparel and equipment manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- NetSuite System Management:
Maintain and manage the NetSuite ERP system, including configurations, workflows, scripts, and custom fields, ensuring it supports the company's manufacturing, supply chain, and financial processes. Act as the designated administrator responsible for ongoing system management, implementing necessary upgrades, maintenance, and change controls to ensure optimal performance. - User Support and Training:
Provide ongoing support to users across departments, troubleshoot issues, manage user requests, and liaise with external support parties as needed. Work closely with process owners and power users to support system setup, confirm role and permission configuration, and perform knowledge transfers to facilitate smooth system operation post-project. - Data Integrity and Reporting:
Ensure data integrity through regular audits and support detailed data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, and loading. Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations, including sales, inventory, and financial performance. - Customizations and Enhancements:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to implement new features, customizations, and third-party integrations, especially in areas like eCommerce, CRM, and inventory management. Confirm role and permission configuration design, implementation, and integrity within the system to support operational needs. - Process Improvement and Performance Optimization:
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes within the NetSuite platform, particularly in alignment with the needs of the apparel and equipment manufacturing industry. Implement and integrate system performance management tools and processes to optimize NetSuite’s performance, including identifying and resolving slow scripts, load times, and query inefficiencies. - Integration Management:
Oversee integrations between NetSuite and other key systems (e.g., eCommerce site, third-party logistics, or manufacturing systems) to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency. - Compliance and Security:
Ensure the NetSuite system complies with company policies, industry standards, and security protocols, including access controls and data protection. - Project Management:
Lead and manage NetSuite-related projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and other process improvement initiatives in collaboration with the IT and operations teams. - Collaboration with Finance and Operations:
Work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to support accounting processes (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, general ledger) and inventory management, aligning the system to business objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of NetSuite administration experience, preferably within a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, particularly in finance, inventory, and order management.
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting NetSuite integrations with third-party applications (e.g., eCommerce, CRM, or logistics).
- Familiarity with business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management within the sports apparel or related industries.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or other customization tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying system enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
- Experience in sports apparel or equipment manufacturing.
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and their integration with NetSuite.
