About the Job:
The NetSuite Administrator will report directly to the Director of IT. This role involves maintaining and enhancing our internal NetSuite instance, along with overseeing various Zone applications such as ZoneBilling, ZoneCapture, and ZoneReconcile.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of Zone's internal NetSuite instance and other internal Zone applications, including ZoneBilling, ZoneCapture, and ZoneReconcile.
• Provide comprehensive support to NetSuite users, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain training/support documentation and conduct end-user training sessions to drive user adoption.
• Create and manage Saved Searches, Reports, and Workbooks to meet business needs.
• Design and implement Workflows and create specifications for scripts.
• Lead improvement projects such as business process analysis and enhancement, particularly in Finance, Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order to Cash (O2C).
• Facilitate communication and collaboration with cross-functional team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of Zone applications.

Requirements

• NetSuite Certified Administrator or Consultant certification.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective solutions within Zone Apps or NetSuite, as applicable.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, accounting principles, and reporting requirements.
• Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred experience with a billing solution such as ZoneBilling or SuiteBilling.
• Hands-on experience with ZoneBilling or another billing solution.
• Solid knowledge of business process analysis and improvement techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
