  • Manage day-to-day functional operations and support cross-functional teams within the NetSuite environment.
  • Develop and execute functional testing, rollout of customizations with custom objects.
  • Maintain and optimize NetSuite application, install enhancements and updates. Perform proactive analysis and troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and correct issues for optimal system performance.
  • Maintain master data in NetSuite and external documents and maintain user accounts and roles with appropriate permissions and levels of access.
  • Create, design, integrate, and maintain high-performing NetSuite reports, saved searches, KPIs, dashboards, scripts, workflows, and custom records to meet evolving business needs that can be tailored to departmental requirements.
  • Oversee change management process and execute system changes and enhancements as needed.
  • Translate business requirements from key stakeholders into system requirements / action plans.
  • Analyze requests for level of effort, time to completion, complexity, and other related variables.
  • Assist users in creating financial reports and saved searches.
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and other third-party business applications.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customizations, and integrations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform.
  • Assist in user management and provide technical assistance & training to users.
  • Ability to transform end-user needs/functional requirement into technical requirements and build out unique solutions.
  • Ability to provide NetSuite support and user training across departments.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience with financial systems (NetSuite experience preferred)
  • Thorough understanding of data management and administration of NetSuite
  • Understand key financial business processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience a plus in: Web Technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Services, Salesforce, and eCommerce workflows.
  • Experience working with external vendors, developers, and Managed Services Providers
  • Experience leading financial system implementations and data migrations
