Oasis Solutions is seeking a commercially sophisticated NetSuite Account Executive capable of leading high-level operational and financial conversations with executive buyers. This role requires a disciplined hunter who thrives in complex sales environments, takes ownership of pipeline generation, and operates with urgency and professionalism.

· Collaborate internally to build solutions and proposals
· Maintain disciplined forecasting and CRM management
Required Experience & Capabilities
· 5+ years of complex B2B sales experience preferred
· Demonstrated success acquiring new logos
· Experience selling technology, SaaS, ERP, financial, or advisory solutions
· Executive communication and presentation capability
· Strong financial and operational business acumen
· Mental toughness and emotional endurance
· Ability to prospect consistently without external pressure
· Strong strategic thinking and organizational discipline
· Ability to communicate business value—not just product features
Compensation & Environment
· Expected Year 1 earnings: $100K–$125K
· Expected Year 2+ earnings: $200K+
