Join Our Danish Customer Care Team
You’ll become part of a growing Danish-speaking community within Nexi, working in a friendly, international environment built on openness, collaboration, and mutual support. What You’ll Do
- Support Danish SME customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues related to card terminals, self‑service portals, and account management
- Handle administrative tasks (customer data updates, invoice questions, etc.)
- Report and follow up on technical incidents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Use CRM, ERP, and other systems to deliver high‑quality service
What You Bring
- Fluent Danish (spoken & written)
- Good English communication skills
- Customer‑focused mindset and strong communication abilities
- Comfort working with digital tools and reporting technical issues
- Proactive, organized, and quality‑driven approach
- Nice to have: experience in customer service, fintech interest, or contact center background
