主要業務内容

• - 既存の中規模社内業務アプリケーション（Webアプリ、データベース、バッチ処理など）の運用・開発業務

• - エンジニアメンバーのチームマネジメント

• - 海外の技術部門や国内のビジネス部門との要件整理・調整業務・仕様提案

詳細な業務内容

1. プロジェクトマネジメント・分析業務

• 社内プロパティマネジメントチームおよび顧客からの要件分析
• ビジネス要件を具体的なプロジェクト成果物に変換
• 企画から完成まで、プロジェクトライフサイクル全体の管理

2. テクノロジーリーダーシップ・システムアップデート

• グローバルおよびリージョナルIT部門との連携によるテクノロジーアップデートの実行
• 既存プラットフォームにおけるシステムアップグレードと実装の調整
• JLLのグローバルテクノロジー標準との整合性確保

3. ビジネスインテリジェンスチームのリーダーシップ

• ビジネスインテリジェンスチームの指導・メンタリング
• プロパティマネジメント業務全体でのデータドリブン意思決定の推進
• BIストラテジーとロードマップの開発・実装

4. ベンダー・業務委託者管理

• 外部ベンダーおよび業務委託者との関係管理
• アウトソースされた開発・メンテナンス活動の監督
• 品質保証とSLA遵守の確保

5. システムサポート・メンテナンス

• MRI（プロパティマネジメントシステム）を含む重要システムの技術サポート

夜間・休日サポートを含むシステムメンテナンス活動の調整

• システムの可用性とパフォーマンス最適化の確保

必要な資格・経験

必須スキル

• - SQL Serverの開発・運用経験（5年以上）

• - SQL ServerのStored Procedure、Function、Triggerの利用経験（3年以上）

• - .NETでのWebアプリケーション開発・運用経験（5年以上）

• - .NETでのバッチ処理開発・運用経験（3年以上）

• - オンプレミスサーバー（Windows Server）の運用経験（3年以上）

• - 3名程度のチームマネジメント経験（3年以上）

• - 日本語 ネイティブ

• - 英語を使ったコミュニケーション経験（1年以上）

• - 東京本社に通える方

歓迎スキル

• - バージョン管理システム（GitHub）の使用経験

• - アジャイル開発・運用の理解

• - 英語を使ったコミュニケーション・会議参加のご経験

• - プロジェクトマネジメント経験

• -新規ビジネスのためのアプリケーション開発・導入
