Now that the urgency to reach Net-Zero is greater than ever, Hive aspires to become a leader in Home Energy Management, providing a one-stop-shop solution for customers to control their thermostat, heat pump, EV charger and solar all from the Hive App.
An Opportunity to play your part
We need a Net Zero MI Analyst to collaborate with Senior Product Owners to leverage data and visualisations to pinpoint opportunities and customer needs for product development. The role is designed to ensure the successful implementation and tracking of product solutions, while promoting best practices in analytical tools and maintaining a reliable data source for stakeholders.
Location: You can work at home/office; we have people working all over the UK but also a range of office locations.

Responsibilities
-
Work closely with Senior Product Owners to utilise data and appropriate visualisations to identify opportunities, customer needs and use-cases for product development and improvement.

Record the benefits and RoI for solutions that are implemented and track performance against practical and measurable KPIs (determined between Analyst and Snr Product Owner) for operational performance and customer contact volumes

Display best-practice use of Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Amazon QuickSight, Salesforce Analytics and Excel. Candidate is not required to be an expert in all of the above upon joining, but should show some strong analytical competencies across some of these tools and an appetite to learn.

Maintain a single source of truth for Data and MI across the New Business and Net-Zero Teams, providing live data views and allowing stakeholders to self-serve for their business needs

Support Senior Product Owners in managing and prioritising bug fixes and resolutions.
Continuously seek customer feedback, and champion action plans to resolve pain points to maintain a market leading NPS for Hive products -
Maintain a strong understanding of the wider market, including competitor activity, and how our solutions and performance compare
What we need from you:
