As a .Net Technical Lead, this is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the technology, but who also thinks at a higher level, guiding direction, mentoring others, and ensuring quality without becoming the bottleneck.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead complex .NET and Azure solutions (AWS experience highly valuee)
- Define cloud-native architectures and guide implementation
- Lead sprint planning, showcases, and technical decision-making
- Drive CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and early-life support
- Ensure engineering standards, quality, and best practices are consistently applied
- Collaborate with client SMEs and third-party vendors as required
- Lead and mentor engineers (up to Senior level)
- Hold regular one-on-ones, provide coaching, and support career development
- Gather and provide meaningful performance feedback
- Contribute to engineering planning, guilds, and technical forums
- Support technical pre-sales activities and solution shaping
- Provide accurate estimates and sizing with a strong commercial lens
- Contribute technical expertise to proposals, statements of work, and client discussions

- Strong experience with .NET 6/7/8 and .NET Core
- Commercial expertise with Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus)
- Desirable experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, SQS/SNS)
- Experience working with Microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and event-driven architectures
- Strong DevOps experience (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, CI/CD)
- A solid understanding of architecture, design patterns, and trade-offs
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
- A passion for mentoring, learning, and continuous improvement
Certifications (Highly Valued)
- Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) – Essential
- Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Highly valued
- AWS Certified Developer / Solutions Architect – Strongly desirable
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) – Bonus
