Position Overview:
The NetSuite Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in optimizing our organization’s use of NetSuite and associated applications. This position requires a technically adept individual who can build and maintain NetSuite-related solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive system efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of business workflows within the NetSuite ecosystem.

Primary Job Duties:
- Solution Design and Configuration:
- Configure and maintain NetSuite, including associated applications and integrations, to meet current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design and functionality align with business requirements and drive operational efficiency.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance NetSuite capabilities.
- Change Management and Advisory:
- Serve as an advisor to the organization, providing insights on system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead change management efforts related to NetSuite enhancements and process improvements.
- Customization and Deployment:
- Support end-user change requests by designing, testing, and deploying customizations and solutions.
- Document policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and change protocols.
- Technical Support and Training:
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain appropriate system access.
- Conduct training sessions for users to maximize NetSuite utilization.
- Domain Expertise:
- Stay informed about NetSuite functionality, customization options, and integration best practices.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and other teams to align NetSuite solutions with business goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- NetSuite Administrator Certification
- Business Acumen:
- Background in accounting, finance, or related fields (CPA preferred).
- Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience with Zone Advanced Billing
- Salesforce integration
- Inventory and order management
- Corporate performance management (e.g., Workday Adaptive or similar)
- Expense/invoicing (e.g., Concur or similar)
- Reporting
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite customization, integration, and data migration projects.
- Strong knowledge of the overall technology stack for managing financials.
- Experience:
- 5 years of relevant experience in business applications and NetSuite administration.
