As a Full-Stack Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for implementing designs, and developing, testing, and maintaining web-based application systems. You will troubleshoot and solve complex software issues, research technical problems, and make suggestions for improvements in our web applications. You will analyze and integrate new web technologies with existing applications to improve design, reliability, and functionality.
About Your Job;
• Designs, develops, and modifies software programs to meet end-user and
business requirements across.
• Researches technical problems and suggests enhancements for web
applications, including performance tuning, resilience, and observability.
• Optimizes programs by conducting systems analysis, building
specifications/guidelines for use, and recommending changes to standards,
policies, and procedures.
• Analyzes and integrates new web technologies with existing applications to
improve reliability and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full-stack delivery across .NET (C#, MVC) back end and Next.js/React front end; build RESTful/JSON APIs and UI components with strong attention to
performance and accessibility.
• Sitecore 10 engineering - content models, pipelines, configurations, packaging; partner with content and marketing teams on publishing workflows.
• AWS Cloud: design, implement, and operate workloads using Lambda, SNS,
SQS, S3, API Gateway, and VPC networking; apply IAM least-privilege and logging/monitoring via CloudWatch.
• API integrations: design, test and consume internal/external APIs; validate with Postman; .
• Containers & Dev Environments: build and run services in Docker (Kubernetes
experience a plus); standardize local dev and environment parity.
• Collaboration: Daily stand-ups, sprint plannings, code reviews, and frequent
pairing for KT.
About You:
• 5+ years professional software development (or equivalent) with .NET (C#,
MVC) and JavaScript/TypeScript stacks; Next.js/React experience.
• AWS Cloud experience with Lambda, SNS, SQS, S3, API Gateway, VPC.
• API integration experience (design/consumption of REST APIs), strong
Postman skills for building collections and tests.
• Docker for local and pipeline builds; solid Git expertise (branching strategies, pull requests, code reviews).
• Advanced Excel (formulas & data analysis) for ad-hoc data validation, release
readiness checks, and operational reporting.
• Demonstrated strength in troubleshooting complex, cross-system issues (logs, metrics, traces); clear written documentation.
• Experience working in Agile teams and with Jira (or equivalent ticketing system).
• English proficiency with strong verbal and written communication.
• Bachelor’s or university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related
field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced problem-solving skills; able to decompose ambiguous problems into deliverable iterations.
Nice to Have
• Sitecore 10 hands-on experience is a plus. Covering solution structure, content templates, packaging, and deployments/rollbacks.
• Digital assets management system, administration, or integration experience.
• Product information management system.
• Experience with observability (CloudWatch dashboards/alarms, log queries,
synthetic checks).
• Familiarity with content operations and asset pipelines (taxonomy, metadata
governance).
Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to create repeatable
playbooks and KT assets.
• High level of verbal and written communication; comfortable collaborating with cross-functional partners (content, marketing, operations).
• Ownership mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and commitment to
secure coding practices.
