About the role
The role of Commercial Finance Analyst (NRM) is to design, develop and implement commercial strategies to support the delivery of commercial plans, ensuring internal metrics are achieved in a sustainable manner by balancing Haleon Consumer Healthcare commercial needs with those of our customers across Pharmacy channel. This role also involves being the active functional ambassador, driving the recognition of value add of Net Revenue Management with customers and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
Business Partner role:

Executes growth strategies, implementing management monitoring to make sure trade investment and return culture is embedded across Pharmacy channel.

Collaborates in the definition of the investment strategy across sub-channels and customers with Sales and Category & Shopper Department.

Monitors G2N investment vs plan and aims to maximize ROI with an active participation in company key business cases.

Leads NRM forecasting with direct contribution to annual planning process across channels and coordinates commercial and finance teams to drive business results.

Implements and monitors the Customer Growth Framework (Brand Portfolio Pricing / Pack Price Architecture / Active Mix Management / Promotion Management / Trade Investment) in Spain, making appropriate adjustments to fit country needs and resources.

Working on Gross to Net P&L for account/product specific actions to analyze offer’s feasibility and working consistently with KAMs and Sales Director to analyze promo efficiencies, uplifts etc. and give corrective inputs to the related teams.

Challenges cross teams investment and resources embedded in customers, vs plan and vs LY, helping organization to take correct decisions based on data.
Functional Support:

Run advanced channel P&Ls and KPIs diagnostics for sales and profitability growth.

Drive improvements of NRM reporting on country level to leverage insights, directly linked to decision making.

Planning and monitoring trade spend in TSM module at customer & SKU level and controlling Trade Funds investment and analysis for sales channels.

Ensure internal control compliance over trade spend process (COMEX Controls).

Deliver recommendations to consistently win in the market through tactical and strategic activation plans.
Qualifications and skills
-
Previous relevant experience in a Net Revenue Growth, Sales controlling or Finance Business Partner function preferably in Consumer Health Care or FMCG.

High level of commercial acumen and very high level of analytical skills with a Finance background and NRM strategies preferred (Pricing, Promo, G2N, Mix, Price Pack Architecture).

Strong analytical skills with proven ability to transform them into action.

Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

English – fluent

SAP CRM/TSM module knowledge is a plus.
