About the role

We are currently looking for Net Revenue Management and GoToMarket Manager to join Commercial Excellence Team to deliver guidelines allowing to reach our financial targets: sales as well as profit.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-creates Haleon’s Poland commercial strategy in areas of pricing, promotion, terms of trade and assortment
  • Route to market recommendations and analytics
  • Responsible for pricing process and recommendations
  • Promotional post-evaluation as well as delivery of clear promo guidelines for future
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • Various project management
  • Market / customer / competition feedback that can support decision making, feed into Haleon’s commercial strategy or tactics

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • 3+ years’ experience in Net Revenue Management or Business Finance
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Deep analytical thinking
  • Ability to synthesize large customer and brand data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage high levels of complexity in a changing environment.
  • Takes accountability for delivering results
  • Is bold in moving things forward at pace
  • Is focussed on the future
  • Resilience, problem solving and decision making.
  • Project Management

Preferred

  • Experience in FMCG or Pharma industry
