As a .NET Fullstack Developer, you’ll be part of a high-performing tech team building secure, scalable, and intelligent lending platforms used by thousands of growing SMEs.

You’ll work on core backend services that power loan assessments, digital workflows, integrations, and real-time financial decisioning. What are you expected to do?

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability across the stack.
• Write clean, testable, and scalable code.
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with designers, product managers, and other engineers in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews, and team planning sessions.
  Help prioritize and troubleshoot issues across the development lifecycle.
  

Distributed Team Engagement

• Work effectively in a distributed team, embracing asynchronous communication and flexible work hours.
• Contribute to a strong remote culture through documentation, transparency, and proactive communication.
  Take ownership of features and deliver results in a self-directed manner.

You’ll be a great fit if:

• You have 5+ years of professional  experience in full-stack .NET software development.
• You have a strong and solid  .NET core and C#.net experience, background in other .NET Framework is highly preferred.
• You are comfortable working with cloud infrastructure (Azure, or  AWS/GCP).
• You have a good understanding of OOP and Event Driven Architecture. 
• You have an experience with SQL Server and Cosmos DB is highly preferred.
• You write clean, maintainable code and are well-versed in unit and integration testing.
• You are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in frameworks like React, Node.js, or similar.
• You thrive in a distributed, asynchronous work environment.
• You are an excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating across functions.

We will be absolutely thrilled if you also have the following:

• You have experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• You have familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• You have exposure to GraphQL or other modern API design tools.
• You have contributed to open-source projects or enjoy knowledge sharing.
• You have experience with mobile app development (bonus!).

Please note: This role is remote; however, we require candidates to be based locally in the Philippines. This is to support occasional onsite activities such as team events, client meetings, or equipment handover. Additionally, local residency is necessary for compliance with Philippines labor laws and employment regulations.

What to Expect in the Process?

• You’ll go through 3–4 interviews plus a possible assessment with our client partner. This includes an initial chat, a culture-fit interview, and 1–2 conversations with our awesome client. The whole process usually takes 1–2 weeks, but we’ll let you know if things need to move quicker.

• If all goes well, we’ll complete reference checks and requirements quickly—so we can get that job offer to you without delay.
