Description

Full Stack developers’ primary responsibility will be to design, build, and maintain scalable and robust systems, with a focus on creating new product features using React for the frontend and modern backend technologies. The developer will also provide mentorship and technical guidance to fellow developers as needed. We are a passionate, energetic team that values continuous learning — about our customers, our products, and how to build better, more efficient software.

Basic Functions

1.    Develop and Maintain Frontend Applications:

Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React, following modern UI/UX best practices and component-driven development.

2.    Design and Implement Backend Services in .NET/C#:

Develop secure, scalable, and efficient APIs and services using .NET Core / .NET Framework with C#.

3.    Database Design and Management:

Work with Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases to design schemas, write efficient queries, stored procedures, and manage data integrations.

4.    Application Performance and Optimization:

Debug and optimize both frontend and backend code, ensuring high performance, low latency, and system reliability across components.

5.    Security, Best Practices, and Scalability:

Implement security best practices in authentication, authorization, and data protection, while building solutions that scale with application growth.

Knowledge and Experience

1.    3 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development across frontend, backend, and database systems.

2.    Proficient in developing responsive, dynamic user interfaces using React.js, with strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

3.    Experienced in building scalable and secure backend services and APIs using .NET Core / .NET Framework with C#, applying object-oriented programming and SOLID principles.

4.    Familiar with working on NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cosmos DB for flexible and high-volume data management.

Skills

1.    Skilled in designing, implementing, and optimizing databases with Oracle and SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.

2.    Strong integration skills, connecting frontend applications to backend services and databases through RESTful APIs.

3.    Focused on delivering scalable, high-performance full-stack solutions with clean architecture and efficient data handling.
