Arthur Grand Technologies is currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer - Hybrid for one of our clients.

Job Description:
The client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to support enhancements to the Galaxy System. The developer will work on modernizing budgeting and finance-related applications and processes, with integration across multiple systems such as FAMIS, EIS, APRL, and CPS.
This role involves full lifecycle development including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support of scalable solutions. The developer will work in compliance with client standards and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and seamless system integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement full stack technical solutions to support Galaxy system enhancements
- Integrate with internal Client systems such as FAMIS, EIS, APRL, and CPS
- Participate in functional and regression testing of developed solutions
- Support production deployments and release management activities
- Analyze legacy processes and contribute to modernization efforts
- Work within Agile or hybrid development frameworks and participate in sprint planning and code reviews
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with client coding standards and best practices
Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in full stack application development
Technical Expertise in:
- Frontend: JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React JS
- Backend: .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, API development
- Cloud & DevOps: Azure Data Factory, Kubernetes, Microservices, Azure DevOps, and related cloud technologies
- CRM: Salesforce.com
- Certifications: Latest and relevant Microsoft/Azure certifications preferred
- Expertise in software analysis, design, estimation, development, testing, enhancements, and support through all phases of the SDLC
Additional Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be cleared through client fingerprinting and the PETS system prior to start
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Education:
- Bachelor's in computer engineering or related field
