Develop and analyze mainframe software using PL/I on IBM z/OS. Work with IMS DB, DB2 for z/OS, PL/I XML transaction processing, Endevor, IMS BMPs, MFS, and mainframe debugging tools. The role is onsite in Toronto three business days per week on a contract running from November 2026 through September 2027. Public-sector and transportation experience is advantageous.

Administer and support SQL Server and cloud databases for a tolling environment. Responsibilities include database monitoring, installation, upgrades, patching, migration, performance tuning, troubleshooting deadlocks and blocking, resolving application connectivity issues, supporting high availability, and managing very large databases. The role also provides help desk and application support, uses operating-system scripting, and recommends database improvements while collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

Develop and maintain complex .NET Core web applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript frameworks, and Oracle databases. Responsibilities include software design, automated builds, unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, documentation, requirements analysis, and participation in Agile SDLC practices. The role requires applying design patterns, tiered architecture, and programming best practices while collaborating with business and system analysts.
