Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity and network hardware/software. Monitor availability and performance, respond to Tier 1/2 incidents, implement security controls, configure routers/switches/VLANs, manage DNS/DHCP, document changes and inventory, assist with deployments and troubleshooting, and support threat hunting and mitigation efforts.

Design and build scalable data solutions and pipelines on Palantir Foundry, model enterprise datasets, enable analytics and AI/ML use cases, integrate cloud data services (AWS/Snowflake), develop Foundry-based applications, and apply DevOps practices for performant, production-grade data platforms.

Conduct internal IT audits and risk assessments, guide audit staff, and communicate findings to management while developing audit plans.

Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 Agile teams: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, track velocity and metrics, maintain process documentation, support backlog refinement and defect prioritization, and drive continuous improvement and team self-organization.

Support modernization of an enterprise tolling transaction platform by developing .NET Core backend services and REST APIs. Collaborate with architects, cloud and SQL engineers to build microservices, integrate SQL Server on Azure VMs, optimize performance, and support CI/CD pipelines. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver features, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
