Senior Site Reliability Engineer responsible for Java production support, incident management and RCA, troubleshooting complex production issues, and maintaining reliability on Kubernetes/Linux platforms. Work includes cloud operations across AWS/Azure/GCP, observability/monitoring, and handling high-severity incidents in a banking/financial services environment. Long-term hybrid contract in McLean, VA.

Principal-level mainframe engineer/architect responsible for designing, optimizing, and owning enterprise COBOL/DB2/CICS batch and transaction systems that support trade lifecycle, fund accounting, NAV calculations, reconciliations, audit replay, and regulatory reporting. Lead performance tuning, batch frameworks, DB2 access-path optimization, MQ integrations, and production incident resolution for high-volume financial processing.

Provide administrative support for the O&AS Infrastructure team, managing projects related to SharePoint and document control while interpreting guidelines and responding to customer inquiries.

Conduct internal IT audits and risk assessments, guide audit staff, and communicate findings to management while developing audit plans.

Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 Agile teams: facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, coach teams on agile/Scrum/Kanban practices, track velocity and metrics, maintain process documentation, support backlog refinement and defect prioritization, and drive continuous improvement and team self-organization.
