This role is dedicated to the company’s established fleet management systems, supporting key clients. This position is ideal for a hands-on professional with solid experience in .NET Framework who prefers to continue specializing in this stack. It requires a strong ownership mentality, problem-solving ability, and willingness to work independently after the initial onboarding.
Mission
Maintain, enhance, and support the company’s fleet management applications built on .NET Framework technologies. Ensure system stability, reliability, and scalability for critical business clients, while progressively taking full ownership of the codebase and contributing to upgrades and new developments.
Responsibilities- Support and enhance fleet management applications used by major clients.
- Work with C# .NET 4.6, Entity Framework 6, NancyFx, and DevExpress Xtra Reports on the backend.
- Develop and maintain ExtJS 4.2 frontend components, with strong focus on JavaScript.
- Manage MS SQL database queries and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with the system architect to analyze, debug, and trace code, often without documentation.
- Gradually transition from debugging and maintenance tasks to developing new features.
- Lead the upgrade of ExtJS to its latest version and migration from .NET 4.6 to .NET 4.8.
- Take ownership of the applications, ensuring autonomy with minimal mentoring over time.
Must Have:
- 3+ years of professional experience with C# .NET Framework (4.6 or later).
- Solid knowledge of Entity Framework 6 and MS SQL.
- Strong experience with JavaScript and familiarity with frontend frameworks (ideally ExtJS).
- Ability to debug complex applications, using logs and code tracing.
- Strong ownership mentality, independence, and accountability.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with DevExpress Xtra Reports.
- Familiarity with system upgrades and migrations in .NET environments.
- Background in fleet management or ERP-style applications.
