As a .NET Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
About the Client:
Our client is a fast-growing, profitable, and dynamic global payments company serving thousands of corporates and millions of users in over 190 countries. The R&D organization consists of nearly 500 professionals operating under SCRUM methodology. Their systems leverage both Microsoft and open-source technologies to provide high-quality, secure, and low-cost global payment solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Development: Perform back-end development to meet business needs, implementing components in modern environments (cloud-based, microservices) under supervision
- Collaboration: Participate in the decision-making process for design, solution development, and code reviews within an international Agile team
- Documentation & Testing: Describe code through technical documents and diagrams; write unit, integration, and functional tests
- Maintenance: Proactively improve processes and investigate/fix application bugs
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of Software Development experience using C# and .NET
- Core Knowledge: Solid understanding of OOP and Design Patterns
- Tools: Experience with ORMs (e.g., EntityFramework) and unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit)
- Problem Solving: Experience with troubleshooting, profiling, and debugging applications
Desirable:
- Databases: Understanding of both SQL (e.g., MSSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
- Standards & Practices: Familiarity with industry standards and best practices (not mandatory)
- Networking: Knowledge of protocols, REST conventions, and authentication/authorization flows
- Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
