Links Solutions is seeking a .NET Developer to join our team in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.

The .NET Developer will be an integral part of a development team supporting the ongoing development, maintenance, and enhancement of the U.S. Army DEVCOM Armaments Center.
We seek a .NET Developer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. Beyond coding, the ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, crafting intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.

Job Responsibilities:
- Experience leading software teams through the agile software development lifecycle including leading and directing architecture, design, development, and deployment decisions.
- Perform initial unit and integration testing to validate solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and support web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET Core, AngularJS, CSS, HTML, IIS, Azure, and MS SQL Server database.
- Work with development teams and product managers to provide software solutions.
- Design client-side and server-side applications.
- Build the front end of applications through appealing visual design.
- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
- Write effective APIs.
- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.
- Create security and data protection settings.
- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
- Write technical documentation.
- Work with other developers and analysts to improve software.
- The candidate will provide strong senior technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.

Shift:
- Monday - Friday
- Must be able to work onsite at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 4 days a week.
- 1 day of telework permitted.
Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Active Public Trust (T1) security clearance or higher (we will sponsor the right candidate).
- IAT Level-I Certification (SSCP, Systems Security Certified Practitioner equivalent or higher).
- Strong senior technical expertise performing in-depth ASP.NET Core, MS SQL Server agile software development and analysis.
- 10+ years experience with .NET n-tier web application development
- Experience with AngularJS or Blazor
- Department of Defense (DoD) Risk Management Framework experience
Preferred:
- Experience coding with Microsoft C#, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience developing with Microsoft SQL Server to include schema/table design, and SQL/stored procedure development.
- Experience with ASP.NET n-tier web application architecture design and deployment in Azure.
- Experience with DevSecOps and automated tests and deployments.
- Experience securing software and software systems, preferably following RMF.
- Agile development experience including successfully leading agile teams.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Accurate and precise attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
