.NET Developer
The team is looking for a .NET Developer with strong leadership capabilities to drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing technical solutions that align with organizational goals and strategies. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The .NET Developer will:
- Writes and tests functional code that meets business needs.
- Analyzes situations logically and makes informed decisions.
- Work with internal teams to coordinate and guide the design, development, and support of complex enterprise solutions, including deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborates with senior management and key stakeholders to align IT initiatives with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Ensures projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Inspires and motivates others to achieve common goals.
- Reliable and dependable, earning the trust of colleagues and stakeholders.
- Takes responsibility for actions and outcomes, owning both successes and mistakes.
- Software development experience with .NET Core, C#, ASP. Net, and MVC.
- Database experience including areas such as stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions.
- Database experience using Entity Framework and LINQ.
- Experience developing software requirements, technical specifications, and test scripts.
- Experience developing rich user interfaces using tools such as jQuery, Bootstrap, and SPA libraries such as React, Angular, or Blazor.
- Need to have the capacity to break down complex problems into smaller, manageable components and analyze the root causes and potential solutions.
- Have the aptitude to work effectively with others, seek input, feedback, and leverage collective knowledge and skills to solve problems as a team.
- The skill to think creatively, generate innovative ideas and approach problems from unique perspectives to find innovative solutions.
- The ability to assess available options, weigh their pros and cons and make informed decisions that best address the problem at hand.
- Be ambitious and self-directed with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of database design principles and best practices using Microsoft SQL Server (up to latest version).
- Stays abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices. Recommends and champions continuous improvements to systems, processes, and methodologies.
- Identifies and mitigates project risks, proactively addressing issues and dependencies to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
- Must work in the eastern time zone.
