The Dev Engineer will assume a pivotal role, responsible for designing, writing, and maintaining C# code across existing projects and future enhancements within the Softrax application suite. Working closely with team members, this individual will actively contribute to design discussions, participate in planning sessions, and creatively address current coding challenges.

• Crafting C# Solutions and Services: As a key contributor, this individual design and implements actionable C# solutions and services that power our applications.
• Feature Integration and Testing: Collaborate with the team to seamlessly integrate new features across various modules. Rigorous testing ensures quality and functionality.
• Effective Communication: Maintain open channels of communication with team members. Active participation throughout the development process is essential.
• Unit Testing and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues promptly. Writing unit tests ensure robust, dependable applications.
• Code Excellence: Write clean, efficient, and scalable C# code, adhering to best practices.
• Collaboration with Development and SOA Teams: Work closely with fellow developers and SOA teams to create cohesive solutions.

What you bring to this role

• Minimum 3+ years of C# development experience.
• Proficiency in UI development using Angular and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Jira and Git.
• Experience collaborating with SCRUM teams.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Effective problem-solving abilities for diagnosing product issues.
• Ability to work well within a small team.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. 
• Awareness of software engineering best practices. 
• Understanding secure coding practices
• Familiarity with OData is advantageous. 
• Degrees, Certificates and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

The Mx base salary range for this position is: $45k - $55k Mexican gross pesos per month, with a 17.5% annual performance bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within that range, individual pay is determined by work location and a variety of factors, which may include but not limited, as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
