We are seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. As a .NET Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable applications.
Your Impact:
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software meets specifications
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement new features
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in .NET development
Successful Candidates will Have:
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Software Engineer
- Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and .NET Framework
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $90,000.00 - $125,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
