We currently have an opening for an experienced Full Stack Software Developer with expertise in .NET and C# to join our dynamic software development team in the northern DC area. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of building and maintaining scalable microservices-based architectures, with a focus on leveraging containerization technologies. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying high-performance, secure web applications using the latest technologies.

Position Summary & Key Responsibility

• Design, develop, and maintain robust front-end and back-end solutions using .NET frameworks and C#.
• Implement and maintain scalable, efficient microservices using .NET Core.
• Create user-friendly interfaces with modern front-end frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Polymer.
• Develop APIs for seamless system communication.
• Write optimized SQL queries and stored procedures for MS SQL Database.
• Ensure code quality by writing clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve defects and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps engineers.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and programming trends to keep our solutions competitive.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in full stack development with .NET Core and C#.
• Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding and experience in creating microservices and microservice architectural patterns.
• Proficiency in front-end programming tools like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React, or Polymer.
• Experience in creating SQL queries and stored procedures for relational databases (MS SQL Server).
• US Citizen eligible to obtain security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for application containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with message queuing technologies like Amazon MQ or RabbitMQ.
• Experience integrating systems with identity management frameworks like OKTA or ICAM.
