We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Application & Accessibility Consultant with strong full-stack development, legacy application remediation, ADA/WCAG compliance, and AI-assisted engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and modernize enterprise web applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, Telerik, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Perform accessibility audits and remediate applications to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA and ADA Section 508 standards.
Use tools such as NVDA, WAVE, Claude AI, and GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot for accessibility testing and code remediation.
Audit and convert legacy Crystal Reports/PDF reports into accessible, tagged, ADA-compliant PDFs with proper reading order and structural elements.
Lead legacy C#/.NET code remediation, refactoring, testing, and documentation.
Leverage enterprise AI tools to accelerate code analysis, accessibility fixes, refactoring, documentation, and test generation.
Support modern DevOps pipelines and full-stack application development.
Required Skills:
Strong C#, .NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, Telerik, HTML5/CSS3 experience.
Hands-on ADA, WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA, and Section 508 compliance experience.
Experience with accessibility testing tools and screen readers such as NVDA/WAVE.
Experience with Crystal Reports and accessible PDF generation.
Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude AI, or similar enterprise AI development tools.
Strong legacy .NET application remediation, testing, and modernization experience.
