The role
As a Heimdal® .Net Developer, you will be part of our talented development team and contribute to developing security solutions aimed at preventing and stopping the most advanced cyber threats like ransomware, phishing and other attacks.
We are looking for developers who bring fresh ideas and knowledge from all different areas, such as distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, cross-platform software, UI design or the mobile industry.
We are looking for someone with strong technical skills, who is also open-minded, a fast learner and who is eager to tackle a diverse pallet of full-stack tasks.

We are looking into all cities in Romania, therefore if you are in Bucharest, you can work from home and come to the office when and if it is necessary or if you’d like to come. If you are based in any other city in Romania, you can work remote, from home - we have the online resources to guide you through the pre-boarding & onboarding processes and beyond.
You’ll be reporting to Radu, Senior Developer on the PEDM project.
We work only on a permanent employee contract.
What you'll do:
- Develop complex business applications using the latest tools and technologies
- Bring fresh and new ways to improve and maintain high standards of software quality within the team
- Ability to prioritize and easily adapt to new and different situations
- Work with other software developers to plan, design, test and deliver results at time
- Pragmatism skills to quickly assess information, identify problems, and find the best solutions in an ever-changing work environment
What we appreciate in terms of experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in design, development, implementation and delivery of applications in the Microsoft Stack
- Familiar with OO design and design patterns
- Experience with MS SQL Server family and No-SQL knowledge
- Experience with .NET frameworks (including .Net Core)
- Experience with Microsoft Technology Stack (with features such as MVC, Web API, EF, etc.)
- Experience in front-end JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, Bootstrap, etc.)
- Awareness of lifecycle management, continuous integration
- Experience with distributed systems
- Cloud experience (Azure or AWS) is a plus
- Clean code concepts
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
