Your Opportunity: The .NET Developer – AI & Platform Engineering is a principal-level engineer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise applications and intelligent automation solutions using .NET and modern AI technologies. This role drives architectural decisions, leads cross functional technical initiatives, and mentors engineering teams. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in scalable backend systems, cloud native design, and practical application of AI/ML tooling (e.g., semantic search, embeddings, copilots, automation frameworks).

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Software & AI Development
- Architect, develop, and maintain complex .NET applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, EF Core, and Azure PaaS services.
- Design and implement AI-powered features using Azure AI, OpenAI, vector search, embeddings, RAG patterns, or other machine learning techniques.
- Build intelligent workflows, automation pipelines, and copilots for internal or customer‑facing applications.
- Develop APIs and microservices that integrate with AI inference services.
- Lead performance optimization, advanced debugging, scalability tuning, and cloud resource optimization.
Technical Leadership
- Provide architectural direction for .NET and AI technical stacks.
- Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers; lead code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
- Coordinate with product managers, QA, DevOps, data teams, and UI/UX to align business goals with engineering output.
- Lead multi‑team development initiatives across time zones.
System Integration & Cloud Engineering
- Build production-grade solutions integrating AI models, data sources, third‑party APIs, and internal microservices.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, observability, and automated testing coverage.
- Optimize system reliability and fault tolerance in a cloud environment (Azure preferred).
Process & Documentation
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and lead technical planning.
- Produce high-quality documentation including architecture diagrams, API specs, AI model usage guidelines, and integration patterns.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years developing enterprise applications using .NET/C# in large-scale environments.
- Strong experience with Azure, distributed systems, and cloud-native patterns.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML features using Azure AI, OpenAI, or other LLM platforms.
- Deep expertise with relational databases (SQL Server), object‑relational mappers, and high‑performance data access.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, secure coding standards, and architectural best practices.
- In-depth understanding of:
- Subscription services, renewal workflows, and replacement processes Workflow
- End-to-end order processing lifecycle
- Web order processing
- Order inventory management
- Product configuration and customization logic
- Account Receivable Systems
- Implementation of web applications with a strong emphasis on accessibility and compliance with WCAG standards. The candidate must demonstrate expertise in building inclusive digital experiences and mentoring teams on best practices for accessible web development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with semantic search, vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.
- Experience building internal copilots or automation workflows.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and advanced CI/CD automation.
- Prior experience leading multi-team initiatives or platform modernization projects.
