Operational & Administrative Support/Leadership
- Maintain and/or oversee internal and external databases, marketing materials, and client-facing documentation.
- Use tools such as Excel, Word, Engage, C&W Client Database, and Teams to support team operations.
- Assist or lead efforts to streamline administrative processes and support fee earners in focusing on transactions and client engagement.
Landlord Representation
- Support or lead on landlord instructions, including marketing strategies, leasing meetings, and reporting.
- Support and contribute to pitches for new landlord representation opportunities.
- Prepare and review bi-weekly and quarterly market reports.
- Attend viewings and lease negotiations, ensuring professional execution.
- Conduct outreach to generate 10–20 qualified leads per building per week.
- Liaise with other departments to provide comprehensive client support.
Tenant Representation
- Assist or contribute to pitches for new tenant representation opportunities using internal databases and personal networks.
- Support or lead advisory approaches tailored to corporate clients.
- Help win and service new business, with opportunities to build and manage client relationships.
Brokerage Transactions
- Generate leads for brokerage deals using internal databases and market intelligence.
- Build and nurture a network of potential clients, aiming to secure new instructions and fees.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and arrange client meetings proactively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel, CRM tools).
- Valid driving license.
