Job DescriptionJoin Devoteam in launching our brand-new ServiceNow nearshore hub in Portugal, supporting major European clients. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you’ll translate business needs into powerful ServiceNow solutions nfluencing design, functionality, and adoption from the start.
What You’ll Do
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear ServiceNow specifications.
Collaborate with developers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals.
Lead workshops and stakeholder meetings to capture needs and enhance UX.
Contribute to solution design for ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSDM, and custom apps.
Support estimations, proposals, and documentation for new initiatives.
Promote adoption and best practices for ServiceNow usage.
3+ years as a ServiceNow BA or Consultant.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and modules.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
ITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Fluent in English.
