Job DescriptionWe are seeking a QA Lead Engineer to ensure the quality, compliance, and non-functional excellence of the AEMaaCS (Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service) platform and migrated websites. In this role, you will be responsible for the test strategy, automation, and increasing release confidence within a complex enterprise environment involving integrations, microservices, and large-scale migrations.
Responsibilities:
Define and manage the overarching QA strategy across all project phases.
Oversee functional requirements, integrations, Azure microservices, performance, security, and accessibility.
Define quality gates for each environment and release.
Manage MSP (Managed Service Provider) test engineers and validate test results.
Integrate QA processes into CI/CD pipelines.
Drive test automation to support "industrialized" migration
- Proven QA leadership experience within enterprise web platforms.
- Preferably experienced with AEM and headless testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, test automation frameworks, and cloud environments.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Agile/Scrum.
Excellent command of English (both verbal and written) is essential.
