Job DescriptionDevoteam Portugal is looking for a Python Developer to join our nearshore team for an exciting project in the financial sector. ,You'll play a key role in implementing Policy-as-Code solutions, leveraging strong skills in Python OOP, Terraform, and AWS scripting with Boto3.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and automation using Terraform (modular architecture, promotion strategies).
- Write and maintain Python code with a focus on OOP, using frameworks and custom packages.
- Work with AWS (scripting via Boto3) to manage and secure cloud resources.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
- 4+ years of experience as Python Developer.
- Strong experience with Python, including OOP and package development
- Solid knowledge of AWS and scripting with Boto3
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD
- Deep understanding of cloud security principles and Policy-as-Code
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code for infrastructure
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Exposure to Azure (the project includes Azure components)
