The Opportunity
For our Feeder Factory High Voltage based in Sevlievo we are looking for an NCR Coordinator to play a crucial role in managing supplier complaints identified during incoming inspection or on our production lines. Based in our dynamic team, you will ensure rapid communication and containment actions to limit impacts on operations. How you’ll make an impact:
Implement and ensure adherence to Supplier Non-Conformance Management Procedure ;
Be a bridge between Incoming Inspection, Planning and Buyers to ensure business continuity of the operations ;
Maintain precise records of investigations and findings;
Ability to work with technical documentation, including drawings, certificates, and standards;
Ensure completion of Non-Conformance Reports within predefined time frames;
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complaints.
Your background:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
Fluent in Bulgarian and English, written and verbal (C1 level appreciated) ;
Preferably 2 years of experience in similar position (NCR management, Supplier management) ;
Strong communication skills and ability to act fast with risk management approach ;
Knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point);
Experience with SAP-QM, Power Automate, and Power BI will be considered an advantage;
Should be eager to learn, flexible, open-minded, team-work oriented and pro-active.
