About the Role
新契約系統管理、委外廠商風險控管及行政作業支援• 蒐集、分析及撰寫系統需求，協調跨部門溝通與資源整合，追蹤專案進度。
• 負責新契約系統功能優化、問題分析及異常排除，確保系統穩定運作並提升作業效率。
• 建立、維護及優化系統相關SOP、作業規範及管理文件。
• 執行委外廠商合約管理、供應商溝通協調、年度風險評估及查核作業 。
• 辦理部門日常行政事務、報表製作及相關庶務工作。

Skills Required
- Gather, analyze, and document system requirements
- Coordinate cross-department communication and resource integration
- Track project progress and manage related tasks
- Perform system function optimization, problem analysis, and troubleshooting
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SOPs, operational procedures, and management documents
- Manage vendor contracts, vendor communications, annual risk assessments and audits
- Handle department daily administrative tasks, report preparation, and general office duties
