WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Navigation Supervisor is an exempt position responsible for supervising and overseeing the navigator staff.

Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the CALL Community Navigators staff
  • Provide employee and case-related supervision to team members
  • Assist the Leadership team with administrative oversight, quality control, performance, and fiscal management
  • Assist with scheduling and ensuring proper coverage on shifts
  • Ensure team members satisfactorily complete duties

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain working knowledge of community resources to assist staff in coordinating services for clients
  • Maintain ongoing communication with all parties
  • Manage the on-call phone in rotation with other supervisors
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

AVAILABLE SCHEDULE:

Work schedule is four days, 10-hour shifts, including one weekend day

  • Monday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 11:00 am - 9:00 pm, and Saturday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree in social work or related area of study from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in field-based social work or a related human services field
  • Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of child development preferred.
  • Written and oral communication skills, to include public speaking.
  • Skilled in knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suites
  • Must have verbal de-escalation skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and have superb organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds with the use of proper safety supports
  • Potential exposure to a stressful environment involving difficult client situations, including clients who may be verbally and/or physically aggressive
  • Ability to use of personal vehicle to transport clients as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with auto insurance coverage.
