Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Creation and modification of ship profiles from Stability Booklets, Cargo Securing Manuals (CSM) and other ship documentation
- Creation of test loading cases and submission to classification societies, as well as continuous liaison until final approval is received
- Construction of and changes to 3D ship models
- Implementation and evaluation of CFD simulations
- Close cooperation with our customers and the classification societies
- Internal and external advice on shipbuilding issues
- Independent and responsible processing of projects
Requirements
- Completed study in shipbuilding or a comparable qualification in the technical or maritime field
- Very good knowledge of English and German, both spoken and written
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products
- Communicative personality with a confident, customer-oriented manner
- Very good analytical skills and innovative, integrated thinking
- Independent and careful working style
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
