Duties/Responsibilities:

Support our Service Center’s with Submitting Invoices in our National Account Partner’s Portals.

Responsible for assisting Service Center’s AR personnel with keeping up with the National Account’s AR.

Submit AR reports to the National Accounts Manager for review and reports all Invoicing activity for our National Accounts at the end of each month.

Assist with quotations to company standards. Clearly state pricing and services to be performed on all quotes, as needed.

Files Quotes and Invoices in an orderly manner to allow for quick reference for when Customers or Service Center Personal make inquiries, or when follow-up calls are needed to determine the status of a quote with a customer.

Works with the National Account Manager and Service Center Managers to develop sales strategies that will address all customer concerns and objections.

Makes follow up calls to inquire about pending quotes and helps track response times of Service Centers.

Assist Service Center’s with Service Agreement Quotes and how to enter them into our system for scheduling.

Provides company information, company history, safety data, job references, certificates of insurance and other requirements of service to our National Account Customers.

Will be working closely with multiple departments such as Sales, Service, Rental, Parts, and Coordinating, as well as working with our National Account Customers.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Computer skills are a must. Must be fluent with Excel, Word, and Email Etiquette.

Skilled in typing, spelling, punctuation, sentence structure, etc.

Must Dress appropriately for both Teams Meetings and in Person Meetings.
